It's hard to get excited for Devon Alexander after the Bradley clunker where he flat out quit.

I'm probably going to the Alexander fight. How good is the guy he's fighting? Phone Post

I felt Matthysse was robbed with his fight against Judah, he also trains with Sergio Martinez. Matthysse has a lot of potential and wouldn't be surprised if he pulls out with a win

Thank you, I DVR scheduled the Sturm fight on Epix. Wasn't aware of it. Alot of fight content this weekend. Tonight is SF challengers, tomorrow is boxing on EPIX and HBO and Bellator on MTV2 and Sunday is UFC on VS.

Yawn...at those boxing "fights".

I am pumped for Showtime SF Challengers tonight, Bellator tournament tomorrow, and UFC on VS. Sunday. Great weekend.

Not to mention I have a date with a sicilian milf sat.

It will be interesting to see how he rebounds against another tough fighter. He is only 24 years old.

Ring Magazine ranks Matthysse as the #9 Junior Welterweight, and many "experts" are predicting him to pull off an upset. Also, as E2isME mentions, many feel Matthysse was robbed in his fight against Zab Judah in November.

Here's a promo HBO did for the Alexander/Matthysse fight: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7FKGA8IKie0

Very solid, very strong. Might win by KO

Fuck yea lets go Macklin!

Those of us in the US: Macklin-Sturm will be on Epix network and will be airing on the big screen in Times Sq. for free 44th and B'way

great weekend for combat sports

TTT for tonight!

gonna be pulling so hard for Mack the Knife , dude is fackin warrior !! Phone Post

Kell Brook has the potential to be a future star... Macklin will lose (I want him to win but all that plastic paddy stuff annoys me a bit)

Cloud doesnt impress me much (a prime Clinton Woods would have wiped the floor with him imo)

Alexander has looked shite in his last 2 fights & I wouldn
t be surprised if he got KO`d.. but he could just throw lots of punches & get a dodgy decision by hitting gloves all night (ala when he "beat" Kotelnik)

Kell Brook was very impressive today against N'dou. There were at least three times in the fight where it looked like he would stop him, but N'dou hasn't been stopped in 63 fights for a reason.

Sturm vs. Macklin is about to come on. I still remember when the judges robbed Sturm versus De La Hoya years back.

Sturm and Macklin are in the ring. If anybody needs a stream, PM me.

agreed.. Ndou was a real step up from his previous opponents(despite being close to 40) & he handled him better than Alvarez... very mature performance from Brook & Ndou was clinging on for dear life towards the end.

KELL BROOK=FUTURE CHAMP!!

Now lets watch "irish" Macklin get outboxed:( lol theyre even playing the Irish national anthem!
I
d love to see him win though... then he can be British again.. lol (born & bred in Birmingham BTW)

WAR MACKLIN.... decent start from the Englishman ;)

good fight!!

Wow! This is shaping up to be a great fight. Potential upset.

30-27 Macklin.

Sturm needs to be more agressive, not getting off enough to win the rounds.
