which type of water do you drink when trying to cut weight and why? i have been told about 3-4 days out drink alot of distilled water and am trying to get some feedback from people that have done this on a regular basis... thanks for any input!!
As long as its wet when i drink it then im good. But if its like not liquid i'm not drinking it, i just wont.
Im just messing, my coach always had a thing for the distilled water.
i got 5 more lbs to lose for saturday and was just told about the distilled thing. is ti to late to try it htis time? useually when i cut i just watch what i eat and dont drink anything really but maybe 16-32 ounces a day

Distillation takes the minerals out of the water. Drinking it pulls more minerals out of you. One of those being salt which makes you retain water. Less salt=more water weight loss. Replace it before the comp though. Its an electrolyte and you will not perform well without it.
