  Seemed like an honest enough assessment of his situation.  A key element for Bisping is whether he will demonstrate more power than he showed in the last fight. He hit Dan a few times with well placed shots and Henderson walked right through them. Its going to be a real handicap if he doesnt have good power at 185. If he does, then I think his speed and wrestling are good enough to make him a formidable opponent for any middleweight ( minus Anderson).



Maybe this time he will be more optimized for the division by cutting 10 to 12 pounds and weighing 196 or more by fight time. Nothing crazy, just more shoulder and leg strength.

Well I'm pleased to see this is a sticky thread, as it should be. At least some people have respect for Bisping round here.

I can't wait for this fight. I will give my prediction for it, and the rest of the card, later tonight. Stay tuned.

as a bisping fairweather fan I can say im back on the wagon considering kang is coming of a loss.

very tough first fight after being koed, I don't envy the pressure bisping has riding on his shoulders.

Also Bisping is making a bigger cut this time, coming in bigger and stronger, and trust me, he won't be throwing pillows. Kang better grow a beard in the next week because if little tiny Akiyama can put him on his arse, then big bully boy Bisping is putting him to sleep.
