I know this isn't the point of your thread, but it's beyond me why people think Dana needs to "make up" for the "Silva debacle." I don't care if Silva got tired and played it safe, it was still an interesting fight to see his dominance for the first few rounds.

And it's beyond me that Dana is even entertaining the idea of "making it up" by giving a whole free event.

You would never see this is boxing or any other professional sport. MMA fans have to be the whiniest bunch of them all.

It was Danas idea, he said it immediately after the fight.  He isn't doing it because of Whining fans, he is doing it because he was disgusted with Silva.  

Either way, I'm just stoked that they are bringing the UFC to Indy!!!  It will be a great crowd, Indy has a huge MMA base and there are some great local guys that will get the crowd pumped.

It's really too bad McCorkle can't make 265 yet. It would be awesome to have him on that card.

 The UFC is also targeting this date for Rashad vs SHogun and possibly adding Rampage vs Machida as the co main if everyones medical clears the next few days.

 I saw that, at least that he was approached about the Rampage fight, not sure if it's for the Indy card but it would be sweet!

 Lytle said hes planning on fighting on it unless he is completely unable. I think barring horriffic injury or suspension theres not a thing that would stop him.

 I will be halfway up the lower bowl where you can look over the cage but are still close.  Best seats in the house!

I have been to 6 or 7 UFC events and have had seats anywhere from first row off the floor to halfway up the lower bowl, to the upper deckers. It doesn't really matter in the long run because you usually end up watching the screen no matter where your seats are! But, I agree- the best seats are halfway up the lower bowl so you can look over the cage. It also really depends on the arena too.
