I don't understand Alves. The guy is massive but refuses to fight at MW, presumably because him and his arms are too short (i.e. he has a small frame). If he has those limitations, then why the hell can't he just lose 5 damn pounds of muscle?
It's not exactly rocket surgery. He won't die by walking at like 250lbs instead of 255lbs (or whatever the hell he weighs). If he insists on being a WW, he should keep his weight and muscle mass at appropriate levels...levels which, ironically, are more suited to his frame anyway.
