UFC 171 was a special night for our team with 5 fighters competing, 3 of them being on the main card and a title shot on the line. The energy in the locker room leading up towards their fights was amazing. All the fighters/coaches helping each other out and truly happy for the others success.
Robert Whiteford earning his first UFC win and putting his homeland of Scotland on the UFC map.
Justin Scoggins, picking up his second straight octagon win over veteran Will Campuzano. What a bright future ahead for this kid and only 21 years young! The three welterweight monsters, all bringing a little something different to the table. Hector Lombard, even though he didn’t get the finish he wanted, looked like a beast out there beating a world class grappler and top ranked fighter in Jake Shields. Tyron Woodley, coming in as an underdog and taking it to Carlos on his way to a second round TKO victory. And Ruthless Robbie Lawler, he came up short in his quest for the title but put on a helluva fight with Johnny Hendricks. Both guys battled hard for 25 minutes with the chips falling the other way. Hats off to both guys on their Fight of the Night performance and to Johnny and his team on their big win. All those guys deserve a crack at the belt and hope they each get their chance.
We couldn’t be prouder of the guy and all the hard work they put in. Thanks to all the coaches, staff, family and friends who helped out and support these guys day in and out no matter what. Great group to be around. Congrats again to the fighters who did the work and represented. On to the next one…

Great effort by the team. TTT for ATT!

Man, you guys should have the greatest sense of collective pride. F'n unreal performance at the highest level of MMA from ATT. Great brand of MMA.
As a fan and hobby martial artist, I salute you.
Robbie Lawler had a shit house game plan. He had all the opportunities to win. Especially if he kicked. Third round he threw a few that threw Hendricks way off his game. When Lawler had him rocked and he was covering up, instead of gassing himself head-hunting, had he taken Hendricks' lead leg out, it would have been a different story. Also when he was all bloody up on his right eye (impaired vision), if Lawler just went to town kicking low and high with his left leg he would have ended the fight either with kicks, or letting his kicks set up punches. He was way too one dimensional with his punches though (just my opinion)
Woodley looked like an absolute beast and keeps improving, that right hand comes in quick and closes a lot of distant. Will love to see that guy up there in the mix for contendership.
Hector...gotta agree with Rogan, he's awesome to watch, but he's gotta be one of the most energy saving fighters I think I've seen. It's probably the smart move but I would love to see him fight till complete exhaustion doing anything he can to end the fight (kinda like his Pride fight) but then again, I suppose he needs to think of himself and the win before making us fans happy and it's definitely the smart move.
There's my 2cents.
Congrats to ATT
would love to see a sparring session at the gym.

Damn you are everywhere lately
Thanks for the good words and feedback - we thought Robbie had a solid gameplan to succeed.

Great job with all your fighters, was an awesome night of fights.
Question...Did Robbie rope-a-dope Hendricks in the 2nd round once he figured out his timing and felt he could take Hendricks' shots?

171 was a great night of fights. A great deal of credit to ATT. Shows like that remind me why I love mma.
Thanks for all the hard work.
Thank you for the entertainment.
Why didn't any ATT fighters come out to meet fans? Being a long time fan, I kept trying to find Conan. Woodley, Lombard, and Lawler were no where to be found.
