LynchedByMarshawns12er - Man, I must be easily amused because I thought tonight's card was great. Rocky pulling off a bug win and emerging on to the scene as a possible contender was fun to watch. Romero going animal and making the former champ leak was about as violent as one could wish to see in a fight. Joanna Champion seemingly putting on a clinic only to get rocked by a very game Karolina was impressive. Wonderboy gutted out getting blasted twice by the champ was entertaining as fuck. And to top it off, we have a two division champ for the first time in the UFC. Not only does he win, but he destroys a guy who has been champion in multiple big organizations like Bellator. I just don't get it. Maybe I'm just a mark. Either that or I'm on a Sheldon Cooper level of not recognizing sarcasm.
VU.
I thought this was an insane show.
That Soldier of God march around the stage after violently smashing one of the best in the world was insane.
Seemore Butts - Wonderboy is the most boring fighter on the roster. I would never actively watch him fight unless there was some thing else on the card.
Yeah those wheel kicks he landed on Ellenberger were boring as fuck.
I've grown to really like tate, even though I disliked her initially. Still think Caraway comes off as a dink.
I honestly was hoping she would retire after this fight, not because I don't love watching her. I think she will be happier moving on, maybe having those kids or whatever she wants. She has accomplished a lot, and I hope people do recognize her contributions long into the future. Think the time was right, but she made the sport better, win or lose.
I agree OP and I've been kinda surprised at all of the "10/10" ratings and "epic night of fights" comments. I think a good finish makes people forget about the previous several mins/rounds of boredom. There was an inordinate amount of hesitancy on dudes to pull the trigger and it was frustrating at times. I still enjoyed it, but I think people are over rating it.

Never said he wasn't talented. He definitely is. I just don't want to watch some one spend 90% of the fight or more figuring out how to engage. It's boring as fuck.

It's how the brain works. It's the reason for a 100 years of judging boxing and guy can be dominated for 2 minutes and 30 seconds and then land an ok flurry and steal the round. All people remember is what happened last.
