First

I'll watch,  but not paying for this shit card.

It’s a two fight card for me.

Lando is always good to watch and dont forget Killa B.

This is exactly the kind of card I would be excited about and build my Saturday around if it were on a PPV subscription service. I’m not paying 65$ for it.

Fucking awesome!  War Killa B!!!!!

Definitely keen to check Killa B, Lando always brings the action, Izzy Brunson will end before going the distance, and keen to see how Jacare Weidman plays out. I hope it is grapple heavy but think striking may be a bigger focus.

Kelleher fight has been cancelled. He has food poisoning.

Damn man. Imagine going through a training camp and making weight only to get fucked up by some bad food. Gotta feel for the guy.

Technically he didn’t make weight but still sucks to hear.

Didn't make weight. Sucks more for his opponent, imo.

Can you post video and gifs seconds after the action occurs on this fight night thread?

serious question...I know you couldn't post UFC stuff for awhile here

Some exciting fighters on this card.  I think I recognize a couple names from the Tuesday Night Fights, those guys are hungry.  Ben Saunders.  Vannata.  Jason Knight ALWAYS brings it.  Plus I'm rooting hard for Rox to send Eubanks down the river.  Adesanya's an interesting prospect, even though I think Brunson is a *REALLY BAD* match up for him.

As for paying $65... yeah, no.  The only way I'd even consider that is for those 3 title fight cards... with real title fights, like JJ and ThugRose, DC vs Stipe, Cody vs TJ.

Going further, the UFC has a major problem with their champs defending the belt.  It seems like most of the champs fight AT MOST once per year.  So I should be really excited about Weidman vs Jacare, but I'm not.  Even though the UFC is saying the winner gets a title shot, I don't believe it.  It's just a "make work" fight to keep the guys busy.  The fight is of zero consequence.  Even if they do get the title shot, it's hard to be excited when that title fight won't happen until Fall 2020.

In other words, the title fight hold-ups are killing the PPV model.  Most divisions have been at a stand still for years.  I don't hate MMA, I'm looking forward to the fights.  But I'm not paying anything for inconsequential fights.  There's lots of free inconsequential MMA all over the internet.

YUP. This money fight era is devaluing the belt hard in the consumers eyes.

As you said, lots of mma all over the net. The Jones/Gus card is the same night as Bader/Fedor I believe. I'm going to happily and satisfyingly be watching the $10 subscription card. Aka DAZN

It's badass that Felder is in the booth tonight.
