Not a bad fight at all
Good match up. War Luque
came to agree ! Nice
Garry gonna beat that ass
Main card:
- Leon Edwards (c) vs. Colby Covington
- Alexandre Pantoja (c) vs. Brandon Royval 2
- Stephen Thompson vs. Shavkat Rakhmonov
- Paddy Pimblett vs. Tony Ferguson
- Vicente Luque vs. Ian Garry
Almost never do you get to see three fights from a single weight class on a main card let alone a title fight and two fights between fighters in the top 10/top 15. Not only are the fighters ranked but Rakhmonov and Garry are the two biggest new stars everyone is talking about for potential future title shots.
Thompson is a aging former title challenger who once fought the champ to a draw but no fight fan has ever wanted to miss a Vicente Luque fight.
I’ve wanted to see UFC put more rising contenders on the main card with the champs from their weight class for a while now. Glad they have done it here.
This reminds me of UFC 250 for BW with Sterling vs Sandhagen, a Garbrandt fight and an O’Malley fight. Added more to the card imo and it didn’t disappoint. I like this addition, good WW showcase for sure
But… Aren’t they from the same camp?
I don’t think so. If they are someone tell Sterling and Merab
I wish Luque would retire. Fighting after a brain injury is a big risk.
Colby is also Fighting, for the title with his
brain injury
I think Lique will win. He is damaged but still levels above Ian, maybe. How do the match up in training?
Im praying Luque sleeps Garry hard, im talking Hendo/Bisping level lol
Don’t think so. You might be thinking of another Brazilian (Gilbert Burns). Or “Gilbret”as Reebok would call him
They called Gilbert Melendez Giblert.
Not Burns
Garry is talented and young, hopefully he tones it down a notch or two.
I think Garry wins. Just call it a hunch.
