Everyone (the media) is saying this is going to be the biggest UFC ever, and the biggest MMA weekend ever. It's funny to see that there are still lots of seats available. As big as MMA is getting they'll probably never sellout a stadium like wrestlemania. it's kinda funny.

Yea, tickets are $1000 each HALF way up the riser section! Even the nose bleed seats are $750. They might not be competely sold out but damned near it. Which is amazing considering these are the most they've ever charged for tickets by a LONG way.
The last time they tried this was at Hughes vs. Gracie in California where the highest tickets were $700. They ended up having to give away a lot of the tickets so I never thought they'd attempt those types of prices again. I guess Vegas is different though.
There's lots of $200 seats left.

Pride soldout the tokyo dome a few years ago. i'm sure 70,000 is a bigger gate than the 10,000 seat MGM.

I'm just saying the UFC has saturated the market with themselves and it shows with tickets sales to the twice a month events.

All a sellout means is that the total first day allotment of tickets has sold. This is rarely all of the tickets in the arena.
For instance the first show at the pond the UFC held back about 1/3 of the arena and released those tickets at a later dates. The show was "sold out" almost immediately, but you could buy floor seats in the first 10 rows from ticketmaster the whole week before the show because the UFC released the rest of the seats.
This show is going to be so big that they released almost all the seats on day 1.
