This abs and core workout is bodyweight only and can be done anywhere, anytime as a finisher.
Abs and Core Workout Protocol
Perform each exercise for 50 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds rest one after the other.
Rest for 30 seconds and repeat for 2 rounds.
