The only fighter on the UFC roster who is selling out Dallas Stadium is Conor McGregor. Other wise you need a big Mexican name. Tony and Nate aren't marketed as Mexican fighters, so I would expect them to under perform at the box office. Especially Tony. People dont even know Tony is actually Mexican, and that his last name comes from his step dad. I dont see Tony/Nate or any other fights involving them selling out the arena, unless its Conor vs either of them. Perhaps Cejudo could once he starts becoming a name. Jones vs DC 3 would do terrible at Dallas Stadium lol. Yair Rodriguez would do very well. Hes still pretty popular. I say do Conor vs Tony at Dallas Stadium, and make Yair the comain. That would sell out the arena within 20 minutes flat. Fun fact: Conor would still be the fan favourite over Tony there. Conor-mania is truly a beautiful thing. Everyone from every race and culture loves Conor. If you live in southern cali, you will know how Conor is absolutely beloved by mexicans. You're delusional if you think Conor isnt selling out that stadium to the brink. I guarantee you that they would have to increase capacity if Conor headline Dallas Stadium. Also, you need to sell out a lot, period. It would look awful if the UFC booked anyone else not named Conor, and they only sold 1/3 of the stadium. In fact, thats probably even being generous. There is no UFC fighter today who is selling more then 1/3 of that stadium. Only Conor McGreor is selling out Dallas stadium. Heck, in boxing, only Canelo would be a really sure fire bet to sell out the arena and more too.
