i'm no mir fan, and i think his win over nog was due to nog's being off his game due to illness etc.,

but i don't see how nog overtakes him in the rankings by beating randy when mir's most recent loss came only to the ufc champ (who he has beaten) and nog has lost to mir (however flukey it was).

i'm a huge nog fan, but if we're using rankings to represent accomplishment and not ability, i think mir is still second.

if the ufc brought back PDP and Monson the divison would be close to perfect imo.

They need some submission grapplers to balance out the high number of wrestlers and strikers. Of course Roger Gracie and Satoshii Ishii would work too
