Anyone read the recent article (LA Times) that said David Mamet is making a movie based on Ultimate Fighting?
It said that the UFC orginally had hired a screenwriter to do one, but then got cold feet.
Then it described Mamet's cartoonish version of a UFC movie that sounds horrible.
His hero is a reluctant GJJ red belt who refuses to fight and hates the sight of money, the promoter is corrupt and believes all money is made in the rematches... oy vey...
