UFC on FOX 23 took place Saturday, January 28th at the Pepsi Center in Denver, Colorado and was headlined by a women's bantamweight fight between Valentina Shevchenko and Juliana Pena.
 
The UFC aired the first two bouts on UFC Fight Pass starting at 4:00 PM ET, followed by a six fight preliminary card on Fox Sports 1 starting at 5:00 PM ET, and finally finished the night with four fights live on network FOX at 8:00 PM ET.

I'll be watching. Some potential great fights on the card. It's always the sleeper cards that seem to deliver.

I expect Pena to outgrapple Shevchenko for 5 rounds. I'm excited for Ngannou to get this win, he'll be close to top 5 after this.

Great work by the judges in the Pantoja Shelton fight, I was worried they would have fucked that up.

 

Love Stann, weird announcing from him that fight, he kept acting like Shleton won round 3 when that was clearly a round for Pantoja and if anything the best round Shelton had was round 1, which I scored as a draw round and 2 and 3 where for sure for Pantoja.

 

BTW, anyone else think Pantoja looks like a tiny Erick Silva?  Fights like him kind of too

 

Also, the Rogerio Kimball fight was easy money, shocked to see Rogerio come in as a -155 only, I was thinking he would be  like a -450 fav, wtf did they see in Kimball a gutty tough guy, but not really a talented fighter for this plataue.

 

Only 3 fights in the card, but so far all 9 of my parlays, small parlays tho, are still alive.

 

 

De Lima was an easy pick agreed.

Spicely is a beast on the ground. He keeps surprising me in these fights against guys I think are guying to beat his ass..lol. This one I already knew wassup though based on what he did to Thiago.. fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice..
