I thought the coverage was great for MMA. It was some chick explaining MMA, saying that sometimes these athletes don't even get hurt due to submissions. She focused on the importance of cross training.
It was good here in Australia as they are currently attempting to shut a lot of the mma shows down.

While it's one of the biggest, I think pride easily takes the cake.

IT's the biggest in the U.S. by far, which is the market that Fox is primarily broadcasting for.
While PRIDE may get bigger live audiences, I do not believe they get higher PPV numbers in the states, nor are they as well known as the UFC is.
the main point - finally getting some cable coverage, needs to set it up a notch, both fights showcased nothing of mma, it looked like amature boxing, at it best
