...anyone else find this odd?

Some days a legend of the sport with previous world titles in various divisions or rival promotions are mentioned and some other days they are left out.

Is Buffer given the green light to freestyle that entire intro? I cringe every time a legend steps in the cage and their previous accolades are brushed over. They made sure not to brush over Rousey's bronze medal at 190 though!

Vu , they do it all the time and I don't blame them at all ... UFC and Bellator always do replays of a fighter that used to fight for them in a losing manor , take tito for example whenever he fights the UFC always has free fights on YouTube of him on the losing end same as Bellator playing Eddie Alverez losing to Mike Chandler just before he fought for the first time in UFC ...
