Please give us tournament mode back.
And com vs com matches.
Survival mode to.
Some unlockable "Legends" type of fighters from early UFC's would be cool as well.
It would also be cool if after retiring a fighter you could add them to the regular roster so if you start a new character you can fight your retired CAF on the way up the ranks or something.
Just some little things that would improve the replayability of the game IMO.
