MMA is not a team sport...bad analogy in my opinion. UFC will be the Don King, or Bob Arum of MMA is probably more accurate. But maybe this analogy does hold some water..until you start seeing BJ Penn vs. Kenny Florian headlining rather than UFC 101. Its seems UFC gets billing over the fighters.

UFC is PGA of MMA. Not EVERY good golfer plays there, but most do and its the most respected.
