I don't know if this has ever been brought up before, but I figured it's worth a shot . . .
Would any other UG members be interested in pooling funds to occasionally/regularly sponsor a fighter of our choosing? It wouldn't need to be much per contributor if we get enough folks involved (think of it as a mutual fund or a reits endeavor without any actual fiscal return . . . well, in this economy, you can think of it exactly as those things, because you're not going to see your cash again).
Fighters, is this something you'd be interested in? Are there any restrictions that would make something like this impossible? Would you be willing to wear a www.matbattle.com advertisement on your ass if we paid you?

Cool idea, but people suck, and only 1/3 of the 'sponsors' would actually send the damn money...
I always thought about this...I think it would be an awesome idea even if everyone on the UG put in 1 dollar it would add up with all the members

I'm fighting in the UGGP coming up on May 30th and I would wear a shirt with most anything on it. As long as there's nothing TOO offensive. Hell, i'll even wear a matbattle.com shirt if the price is right.
