Long time lurker and past mud namer here motivated by the unparalled service offered by Kirik and the UG store to make a post.
I purchased a set of the bag gloves from the UG store and received them within a few days. I tried them out through a few training sessions over the next week and was not completely satisfied with them. (Nothing wrong with the gloves, just too big for my girly hands.)
I then emailed the store and asked if I could return them for store credit or maybe trade them. Since they'd been worn I thought the response would be negative.
Instead, Kirik personally emails me that I'd get a full refund. he even refunded the cost of shipping. After my card was credited I got another email from him stating that he would refund the cost to me for shipping them back to him!!
That means kirik now has a set of unsellable used gloves, and would lose an additional $20+ for sending and return shipping.
Needless to say I was impressed with the service, and decided to get a promembership to show my gratitude, even though my post count will show that I won't really be using it.
But I am excited to lurk in the TapOut Forum now...

perhaps im doing it wrong then. i just tried yesterday and i did not see any option to pay using PayPal.
