Meh, UFC is the only telly I watch so it's no biggie having Freeview until you get fucked over with this kinda stuff every now and again.

Freeview and BT Vision affected, but ESPN are offering some things to try and make up for it:

ESPN will be making the full event available on Monday to BT Vision On Demand and ESPN will air UFC 144 in its entirety at midnight on Tuesday, February 27th.



Again, not ideal but Sky and Virgin are fine for the full broadcast.
