 That show is still on?

too many roblems in my humble opinion....

1. Stagnant. You're doing too many TUFs too often

(do it once a year)

2. Production. Who did the show when Ken and Tito were coaches?

Had a lot of training footage, seemed much better.

3. Talent. Stop taking guys with 2 fights just because they train with Fighter X as favor.

Should be a minimum of 10 pro fights to get on TUF.

Get real coaches to coach ie Jackson vs Gracie then get two of their fighters to fight at the finale eg Condit vs Diaz. Phone Post

Could be because most people in Canada don't have FX.

  Agree with 1 & 3.

I don't remembre it as having much training footage then, either.  That has been my biggest  complaint of the show year after year...not enough training footage.  I want to see some specific drills these guys are doing, some specific instruction they are getting, etc.  Instead we get little short clips of training, which is better than nothing, but I'd like to see a lot more.  They can take away all the slly drunken frat boy stuff and pee pee and poo poo tricks as far as I'm concerned.

I've suggested it before in past threads, but what about replacing Dana with Rogan?

Exactly.

I don't think they're getting to the demographic. You want MMA fans to watch,

but you're making a show like the real world with a few minutes of fighting

  Impossible.

He has to be on the road with the UFC wherever they're at.

Does all the press a week out, Q and A, weigh ins, etc....

Spending 6 - 8 weeks in vegas twice a year for TUF wouldn't work.

That would be 4 months out of 12 they wouldn't have rogan.

Agreed or maybe twice a year one American one, one for international fighters. All fighters should come in with more experience too other wise when they get in the UFC they are gunna figure 2 or 3 times lose due to lack of experience then get dropped. Phone Post

Where were the background stories from the commercials?

Those looked kind of interesting.

For all the complaints about Tuf focusing too much on drama and not the fights, we get so little background. Maybe we'll get two of them talking before their fight...

TUF has already ran its course. If they want to keep airing it, they need to start making some changes to it IMO, it's stale, every seasons it's the same shit.

I feel like they did not do as much advertising for the season premiere. I didn't even know it was starting and I have always watched TUF. The season premiere was kind of meh. I lost interest half way through even though there were great fights.

I would love to see Joe Hogan interjected in to the show some how.

He could go in to both the house and training sessions to do analysis. He could make that show much more interesting if he were involved or even did voice over analysis.

just my $0.02

Shitty night and the marketing for it has been teh fail.

Impossible?

I think if they shot it in the Los Angeles area, then it would be totally doable for Joe. He managed to shoot a season of Fear Factor around his current schedule.

Honestly I liked the 1st episode , it'll be funny watching Nelson give DFW fits

Unfortunatly tv shows like Fear factor and TUF are shot in completely different ways.

For a show like FF, they shoot 2 episodes a day, for a couple days and the whole season is done.

For TUF, they have to film over the course of 6 - 8 weeks.

He would have to be in Vegas, 4 months a year for the two seasons a year.

That doesn't work with UFC's traveling schedule.
