Yes that´s true. However even I do instructionals myself I have to admit that there are tons of instructionals out there which are just produced to make money. A lot of the instructors don´t have teaching concepts and just throw a few moves in.
I would say 30-50% of the instructionals are not good and some of them are really bad.
