If an opponent was belly down and instead of going for a NRC could you put your knee and body weight on say the right upper arm and pull the arm up to tap or break an arm? Maybe it's not effective in a fight but I'm not a fighter. Just a question Phone Post 3.0

With any degree of skill it would be easy to get out of that position and most likely cause you to lose position.
