Unusual thing about Vitor fight

I don't think I've ever seen a UFC fight go that long without checking it for a cut. Vitor's blood was everywhere, and Randy's shorts where stained pink.

I initially thought "Cool, UFC is not gonna stop this on a cut...", but after seeing the Nogu/Fedor fight, I have to wonder if they would have stopped the Vitor fight at that point and stopped the fight, and ruled it a NC because of the accidental headbutt.

Vitor's cut wasn't bad. It just kept bleeding.

Fedor's cut was BAD!!!!!!!

Vitors cut was no where as deep as fedors cut...and lol at stopping the fight and calling it a no contest...ya that would have pleased alot of fans...Oh lets just settle it at UFC 52 for the fourth fuckin time and call it "LETS SETTLE THIS"

BTW, if they stopped the fight and called it a NC, do you, somehow in your head, think that Vitor won, or could have won?

No, I would have acknowledged that Randy fouled, the fight was stopped because of the foul (as you should acknowledge), and that they need to settle it.

Common sense my friend. It's not too far off from you.

Man a fight is a fight, Vitor got cut regarless, you cant fight at this level and not be hit without be headbutted accidentally or rubed a wrong way, just deal with it

it wasnt a headbut!! it was his left hook....watch it again

There is also no holding in the NFL.

What Slyboogie said...

It was a headbutt SLYBOOGIE, what fight are you watching?

SHUT THE FUCK UP..

Im not getting suckered into your stupid trolling.

Vitor can thank his lucky stars that there may have been a headbutt (I haven't rewatched it yet). Now he can blame this loss on that rather than the fact that he came in w/no gameplan and fought flat footed.

I do not believe that Vitor overtrained for this, I mean look at his body. Where has the muscular Belfort gone?

Yelm, you're logic might make sense to 13 year olds, but it wont hold up here.

SLYBOOGIE, you're an idiot of a troll. Nobody is gonna bite on your "It was a left hook" bait.

My logic makes perfect sense. Look at every Vitor loss, there is an excuse for it. Sakuraba-Yakuza poisoned his water, he was forced to lose 20 lbs in a day, and he broke his hands, Randy #1- He had an intestinal worm, Chuck Liddell- he only had three weeks to train, Randy #2- He got headbutted (supposedly). Yeah, my logic is way off.

lol...

it was a left hook asswipe

Yelm, you're saying that Vitor wanted to be headbutted in that fight. That's your logic that makes sense?

The Chief is jerking everybody's chain. He's too active to be serious, it's a fucking troll job. Asshole.

I'm saying he (and definitely you) is happy that he has a "reason" for his loss. I'll give you the real reason though...He got beat by a better, more prepared fighter.

bro...ur too active. Trolling needs to be less subtle. You cant respond to every single post with some stupid comeback...it reaks of desperation

While I was watching the Randy/Vitor fight they seemed to show a slow motion reply of Vitor's fingers going into Randy's eyes.
Would that be considered an illegal move on Vitor's part or is that move overlooked?
I seem to think if you excuse-looking jockriders are so quick to point out one discrepency that you miss the other one, only because your pick lost, you should stick to betting on the outcome of WWE matches.

everyone just gotta calm down. i have rewatched it serveral times, it looks like to me it was the hook. But really who knows....randy and vitor probably have a good idea. but does it really matter. at the beginning of each round when both fighters were cleaned up and blood was not a factor, randy took vitor down every time and kept him there, the blood became a facter once on the ground mostly. I think it was a fair fight and these things happen, it was unintentional if the headbutt did exist, and i also think that the fingers in the eye of randy was also unintentional
