Upper body routine with hurt hand?

I have a tendon injury in my right hand and am not able to do any weight training for my upper body. I have been running, doing body weight exercises for my legs and working abs. Is there anything I can do to still work on my upper body? Phone Post 3.0

Might have to just swim then. Can't think of much else. I fucked a ligament in my hand and I couldnt do any pulling exercises for about 8 months. I could press though. Sucked. Phone Post 3.0
