I was thinking this when I saw this title, haha. I live in apartments and my neighbors all around me are smoking cigarettes and bbq by my window and door. I live upstairs, and the smoking area (where they gather) is under my front door. The bbq smells good, but can leave my house smelling like smoke cause the smoke all travels up and into my house. The other neighbors smoke weed, and that bothers me when my kids are home, but don’t bother me as bad. But House starts smelling like a skunk. Waiting for the kids to mention it one day. These apartments are small and you can smell what everyone is cooking, smoking, arguing and fighting about. I’m thankful to have a home, but the smoke from my neighbors can get to me.
I’m curious on how this lawsuit goes.
