Very possible we see Chimaev vs Nickal for the MW title by end of 2023 or middle of 2024

Wait…it was Burns 2-3

Still Hazmat is really a 185 fighter and Burns is a blown up 155 guy that lost to Hooker who has fought at 145.

I had Chimaev winning over Burns in a very close decision. When it’s that close you can’t be mad at either decision.

Wish it’d been a 5 rounder.

I quit updating my fights that should be a draw every card starting with UFC …

I thought people would be on board at this point that sometimes two guys fight it out but at the end of the time limit not enough momentum has been established to truly say one guy is the victor. Draws may not be what people want, but draws can be the most accurate way to score a close fight.

I bet Chimaev fights in Oct and thats it for this year. Nickal said he can see the Chimaev fight as a big title fight down the road. Wants a couple more fights first before fighting the top 15.

That beady eyed ginger is going to be exposed soon enough. He doesn’t have the warrior skull. It’s not built to take punishment. He doesn’t even have a brow ridge. That soft skull of his will get cracked in time.

@BJ_Penn_Forever needs to quit smoking crack.

This ginger is as delusional as Holly Holm. How’s he gonna fight with all you guys hanging from his nuts.

Du Plessis gets the title shot in Sep.
Cannonier just beat Vettori and Whittaker just lost but they are both still up there in the rankings.
Hopefully Costa vs Chimaev does get put together for Oct.

Will be a lot of fun following this division over the next year or so.

I’m starting to think that Chimaev was busted juicing. He goes from fighting every other week to nothing…

Which is it? Is he gassing at 170 because of the weight cut or is he gonna be at a disadvantage at 185 because of the extra weight? It can’t be both, figure your shit angle out.

Bo Nickal wishes he would’ve gotten the call to fight Khamzat Chimaev at UFC 294. Unfortunately for him, Kamaru Usman took that spot.

The former UFC welterweight champion will be moving up a weight class to fight Chimaev on 10 days notice at UFC 294 in Abu Dhabi on Oct. 21. Usman is replacing Brazil’s Paulo Costa, who had to withdraw from the fight with Khamzat due to an infection on his elbow.

Nickal wanted the fight and is a bit upset he wasn’t considered.

“I was a little disappointed they didn’t ask me,” Nickal said on his YouTube channel. “They didn’t ask me to step in there. I was expecting at least an ask like, ‘Hey, you want to do this?’ But no, just nothing from the UFC. It is what it is.

“I’m guessing they didn’t want me to roll into Abu Dhabi on like 10 days’ notice and smash their boy in front of his home crowd. That’s a fight that needs to have proper build up. I get that.”

As far as the fight itself, Nickal expects Usman to put on a competitive fight, even though it may seem that the cards are stacked against him.

“I think it will be competitive based on his last fight against Burns,” Nickal said. “I do think he overlooked Burns, but also Usman, he’s pretty good, a little older. … For Usman, not too much upside, but I think for Usman, he’s already been a champ and defended his belt and then just lost back to back, so he’s not in a great position. But yeah, it should be a good fight.”

I like Bo but he isn’t ready for Hazmat. I think he could win now but why rush

Bo will eventually get his beady little head cracked.

His last fight against a 5’8" blown up MW was a joke.

Bo is good, but he’s hasn’t even really had any fights yet. He wants to step up in competition…let him fight someone who is at least ranked.
