It's like a modern "Jeet Kune Do" authored by a true great in PROVEN combat.
I highly recommend this and his boxing for MMA video.
Watch multiple times, look at the moves from a strictly mechanical perspective...and then actually WATCH HOW SILVA MOVES...watch how he transfers his weight and employs leverage, distance, timing, balance, foot position, head movement etc etc etc...
The MOST valuable stuff isn't spoken. Watch a master work.
