I'm glad to see anything that gets women active (and especially into BJJ and MMA). Hopefully, after they get comfortable, the women who start in a fitness program realize that they can do real MMA and grappling with awesome coaches like Sam, Spidey, Bocek, Wagnney and Nick.

Didn't see much of any MMA in there aside from the frog leaps lol
