Virus removal help

hey guys, I need some help removing a virus. I have macafee virus scan with live updates. It keeps detecting a virus that it cant clean, quarantine or remove. It is called Downloaded - YH or tika.exe

How can I get rid of this virus?

I already tried to find it by going to its location but nothing was there. Do i need to go into my registry?

any help would be appreciated.

Boot into safe mode and run the scan again.

I tried that but it still seems to be there, any other suggestions?
