Although Condit's strategy wasn't the most exciting (just like PBF's strategy in boxing isn't the most exciting), it was effective within the rules of the sport. If fans are not happy with that, they should simply stop buying PPVs to send a clear message to the UFC about their dissatisfacton. That's a much bigger statement than complaining about it while continuing to paying for these events imo.

Good post,

BOYCOT THIS SHIT Phone Post

I have been boycotting these watered down pay per view events for over 2 yrs now.

do you think anyone noticed?

simple answer is, No.

if every old school fan stopped buying, it would still not affect the amount of revenue the new UFC brings in.

Sad but true, the sport has changed forever

These new "watered down cards" are more exciting then they've ever been. You know you're spoiled when the only fight to complain about last night was Condit/Diaz, because even that was a damn good fight.

I liked having UFC cards once a month, with more big names on each card, but now we get way more fights, and recently they've been extremely exciting. Phone Post

I saw an excellent night of fights yesterday. Anyone who wants to boycott the UFC after that is an idiot. Phone Post

It wasn't a barnburner like old school headliners such as Penn/Pulver or Shamrock/Severn.

there are plenty of ways to watch for free in the rare cases hwer they are showing anderson or lyoto, aldo, shogun, etc. you can catch roided dudes on WWE and bodybuilding sites

I, personally, am fine with Condit's strategy last night. Not the most exciting blood and guts style like say, the Shogun/Hendo fight, but still entertaining in its own way. This is directed at the whiners who are complaining about "what the sport has become" yet still constantly post on mma forums and watch every ppv.
