On June 12th at the Nashville Grappling Open Wade Rome will fight Pedepano in a rematch of one of the most controversial matches in grappling history. In the first match at the Arnold/Gracie World Submission wrestling torunament, Wade Rome apparently scored two seperate takedowns. The referee saw differently and gave the 0-0 match to Pedepano. This insighted much controversy and later the head referee, after reviewing the video tape, said the match was judged wrong according to the rules of tis tournament. Giving the referee the benefit, he was going by the CBJJ rules that he was an expert in.
At the Nashville Grappling Open this rivalry will be settled! Wade Rome is looking forward to redeeming himself in a match that he and many others felt he won. Pedepano on the other hand, wants to show that the first victory was correct and that he was the rightful winner! This is going to be an awesome fight!
Also at the Nashville Grappling Open is going to be the Bad Breed absolute division. This division is stacked with two Abu Dhabi competitors and many of the top Grapplers in the United States. Competitors in this eight man so far are Jeff Monson, Brandon Vera, Dustin Ware, Mike Rogers, Sam Gaskin, and Mike Patt. The other two competitors will be....
The Nashville Grappling Open also has two very competitive gi and no gi divisions. Last year over 350 competitors competed in both divisions and this years tournament is sure to be as good. The divisions are very affordable and are sure to be stacked again this year. This is a fun, affordable torunament and the nightlife in Nashville is great. Don't miss it!

I hope Wade Rome crushes Pe De Pano.
I would like to think I am at least an OK Grappler:-)

(Third guy down)
Dustin Ware
Brandon Vera is the real deal. i say if the brackets are set up right, it's him and monson in the final.
if wade happens to take his back, i hope he crossfaces him till his face splits open.
Yo Dustin!!!
Be careful when you plagarize ed clay. He's an atrocious speller and his grammar sucks.
Other than that, should be a good fight.
I smell bad too.
Jesus H. Christ. Wade Rome beat him on points the first time around.
Pe de Frying Pano, was butt flopping and holding and praying for most of the match. Then, he goes for the omeletee platter for several minutes--which he had no hope of pulling off.
I hope Rome get what's due him this time around.
I lost alot of respect for Pe de Pineapple after that match.

Brandon "The Truth" Vera is top notch. I'm with Empire on this one.
Go Brandon!
Puzzled
TTT - I saw Wade fight Tom Sauer in Deland, FL. even though he lost,
he did things against Tom that I never thought could be done....I
thought he was winning unil his nose got broken (exploded) They both
go about 5'10 240lbs.
Wade is due...
Brandon is for real
Jayhof,
Tell me about it! I tried to fix it, but there is only soo much I can do:-)
Dustin
Cool, hopefully it gets settled decisively(sp?) this time...
