Chris Barnett pulled out of the fight this morning due to a knee injury. Walt's new opponent is Alister Wilson who is a 6'4" HW. He is a kickboxing and muay thai specialist who coaches for ATT at Din Thomas's school... Alister is also making his pro mma debut and it should be great fight.
I hate it for Walt, he has been training so hard for Chris Barnett who is much shorter and stylistically very different but he came to fight so he is ready...
Should be a great night of fights...
TTT for Walt
ttt
Did Walt Harris end up fighting?
No, they tried to get a replacement but did not happen. Walt was upset and ready to fight anyone they put infront of him but noone would step up. SO they brought him into the cage and announced that he would be fighting Barnett at the March 5th Show...
Thanks for the update
are they still sticking to the treadmill injury story?
yes but it is laughable... Whatever, they are fighting on March 5th unless something else happens...
beast boy is a trip
This fight is scheduled April 22!!! going to be a great night in orlando..
Barnett wins by decapitation!!
These fools keep talking Sh!t, pissing the beast boy off. Too bad Walt has all these fools writing checks his a$$ cant cash.
TravenBJJ - Walt lost to Lorenz Larkin who fights at 205
Walts second ammy fight in mma was against Lorenz. Lorenz is 9-0 as a pro so it is definatly not a bad loss as an ammy. Since that fight he has ran off 12 straight wins Walt may make the move to 205 also at some point.
@tpabjj - I dont see where anyone talked any crap about Chris Barnett. I just re-read the thread again and not sure what your talking about. His injury was laughable, not that it was a lie but that he tripped on the treadmill cutting weight. I have all the respect in the world for Beastboy. Injury was weird but I know the guy is down to fight anyone.
Cant wait should be a great night of fights...
Walt and Chris will square off in the cage at UCF Arena on April 22.....Finally
