Yep, Vanderlei jerked forward during the stare down pose and Chuck seemed to barely notice. He flipped off Sliva as they parted and Silva flipped. No differewnt from the way he freaked at Rampage in the pre fight appearance in PRIDE. It's his way of cranking up interest and himself, I think.
