Wandy vs. Jardine = Late Stoppage

Jardine went out 4 times. Count it. That's kinda dangerous. Don't get me wrong, I love a beat down just as much as the next guy, and I was jumping with joy when Wandy finally came through, but when I counted the times Jardine went limp, I shook my head. Lavine didn't even look like he was thinking about stopping the fight.

In Penn vs. Sherk, after Sherk went limp, you could see Mario kinda think about stepping in, and then let it ride, but he was right there noticing Sherk went limp. Lavine didn't even look like he saw Jardine go limp.

Letting a fight go past fighter going limp = not safe for fighter.

SO MUCH BETTER THAN AN EARLY STOPPAGE I CAN'T EVEN TOLD YOU.

Thomas Hamilton - SO MUCH BETTER THAN AN EARLY STOPPAGE I CAN'T EVEN TOLD YOU.

NEITHER CAN'T I!!!!

the stoppage was fine it was just a brutal ko

Totally agree with that post.

It looked like after the first few hits, Jardine tried to get up like "Dude, that's enough!" and then the last 5 really put him to sleep. Those few seconds of desperation in his eyes are really haunting me right now. Seriously.

I think he was knocked out twice, but that is his fault fo recovering from the first one so quick. ;)

compains about late stopage=fag

IMO

You jack off to nothingtoxic don't you?

There have been so many instances now of a fighter getting KTFO, then getting knocked the fuck BACK INTO consciousness just as the ref is stopping the fight and making a scene/ass out of themselves, that I think the refs have collectively decided to say "fuck it. you didn't think you were out? Okay. I'll let you get murdered, you fucking idiot" when faced with even the slightest potential of such a scenario.

If it was stopped any sooner, it would have been inconclusive.
