Thing is my wife and I have  a great condo to sell.   1 bedroom, 2 story loft, 1 parking space (under ground), relatively cheap condo fee's - $400/mo), heart of downtown (about  a block north of St.Lawrence Market).  Its really a great place.  We're only moving because our family out grew the space very fast.  Its an amazing spot for a  bachelor or a couple looking for their first place.  We love this condo and are only moving because we need more space for our daughter.

 As far as I know $400 is about average.  I posted it because for the size it's relatively cheap.
