The dumb former MMA fighter known as War Machine, who dumbly changed his name legally to War Machine, is an idiot. And his horrible brother, Michael Koppenhaver, has been hurling verbal assault after misogynistic insult toward War Machine's ex-girlfriend Christy Mack via Twitter. The low-life scumbag, whose brother is accused of viciously beating Mack and breaking at least 18 bones, has been saying in direct and indirect ways that "she had it coming." He even suggested that if he had been in his brother's situation, Mack would be dead instead of lying in a hospital. As it stands, the Ex-Bellator Fighter is already facing life in prison. Maybe his brother could join him.
Michael Koppenhaver, brother of Jonathan Koppenhaver aka War Machine, actually had the stones to publicly blame Christy Mack for what happened to her (via Epoch Times):
"I don't condone hitting women. But I also don't like whores. I also have a bad temper. If my lady was dumb enough to cheat. She knows what would happen. But that's besides the point. The point is this all the terrible. Two terrible people. Both are idiots. I wouldn't have hit her. They would have been in heaven. Is that right?
Basically he is saying he would have killed her. I'm no law expert, but I'm pretty sure that's a crime.
Also, there have been conflicting reports as to whether Koppenhaver and Mack were even a couple at the time of the incident. But even if they were, that doesn't make what happened okay. Some people seem to think that makes a difference, which is as sickening as the act itself.
The charges against War Machine are myriad. He is facing 32 charges and possible life imprisonment (via ESPN):
"Koppenhaver, 32, faces charges of attempted murder, domestic battery by strangulation, first-degree kidnapping and sexual assault..."
Don't ever fuck with the heart. Because you'll NEVER know how someone will react when its broken, until its broken.
(If they weren't a couple, she wasn't making it clear. Dates, cuddling in bed, lovey notes on social media, etc... That doesn't sound like months after a clean breakup to me.)

Oh, naturally, I'd be justified in beating him. Maybe even in killing him. It's 1955 after all, isn't it? Morons like you are the reason I'm sometimes embarrassed to admit I love this sport because the stereotype is some tatted-up meathead in an Affliction t-shirt who thinks like this.
Here are a couple things that may come as great shocks to you:
1. Human beings are not monogamous creatures. The evidence for this is manifold as you observe our society and human beings in general. We have tried to shoehorn humans into being what we are not, with varying degrees of success.
2. You don't own your significant other or spouse. If he/she chooses at some point to be with someone else, you need to be able to rise above the reactions of an eight year-old in dealing with it. You would hope that your significant other would simply be honest about this, but because of truth #1, our society still attaches shame to relationships that are not monogamous, thus much of the sneaking around. If we would someday progress as a culture and grow as individuals past this infantile notion that you can love many people as friends but can love only one person romantically, perhaps we will get beyond the sort of imbecilic violence for which you seem to be apologizing.

Well, if my girlfriend made her living having sex for money my reaction would probably be quite different than if she didn't.
So much this. What if he came home, saw her fucking the guy, was about to snap...but then saw a bunch of lights and cameras and some mouth breather holding a boom mic? Would it have changed his reaction?
