I think he may have violated some kind of probation, maybe that brings him before the same judge and her percieved bias will end him in a violation no matter how he explains himself, and this apart from the eventual trial for these charges. Otherwise I am like you I don;t know.

I think it's kinda messed up to say "perceived bias", assuming this is the judge that ignored his plea deal. Like, once you make an agreement with the prosecution to plead guilty in exchange for a certain sentence, the judge is not obligated to honor the deal. The minute you plead guilty, you're at the mercy of the court. But of course, it's very rare for a judge to ignore a plea deal (because if it was common, plea deals wouldn't exist).
And apparently this disgusting cunt judge is a cunt who ignored the plea deal (due to War Machine's appearance, name change, and most notably: his profession).

I don't think there was ever any doubt as to whether she was cheating on him. The big difference in the stories though is that she claims he had the knife while WM apparently s as she attacked him with a knife and he had to defend himself. Either way he's screwed imo because I'm sure he had adequately defended himself sometime before the 18 broken bones, missing teeth, broken nose in two places, and ruptured liver. Besides that it was her house, he started the fight with the man, and he is on record making foolish claims of killing her. I far from believe played no role in this outcome but none the less WM is in trouble.
The lesson here is to keep your head when it comes to devious women.

But most self-defense statutes have an element of reciprocity. You also can't be the first aggressor. Would be very hard to claim he wasn't the first aggressor when he showed up at her home. Even if, for argument's sake, she did pull a knife on him. Her injuries are consistent with an unholy thrashing. Not sure how he could justify that he wasn't able to give her a tenth of that beating and then leave the residence.

Judges rotate every year. So possibly sometime next year he wouldn't get the same judge or there could be a change this year as well. I believe you vote for judges? If he gets that same judge she will destroy him in court.
For some reason, I don't fully believe Christy's account. But anyone who can 100% trust the words of someone with her profession, is insane.
I'm thinking the same thing too. She probably was caught having sex. Where the knife came in is the biggest point to be made. Either way War Machine should have taken the knife and stopped the beating once she hit the floor. I guess once the adrenaline kicked in he couldn't switch back.
