Pretty horrible customer experience with them

 

Tried ordering a new gi, website doubles the price when I add it to my cart. 

 

Texted them like website says to do, even included screen shots. 

 

Don't hear back. 

 

Called Monday, lady on phone seems nice and tells me she will call me back after she looks into. 

 

Don't hear back.

 

Call today and she is pretty rude, and says she will give me a 15% discount code after asking me "what is the purpose of my call"

 

0 help because the sizes I want are now out of stock.  

 

Interesting way to try and get new customers, leave them hanging multiple times after and treat like crap!

In op's defence, I read it as "War Tribe Geographic Information System suck". I thought it was an ultra sophisticated cutting edge shipping system problem with the raster-to-vector translation formula not being accurate. I am very dissapoint at finding a public whaaa whaaa thread instead :(
