Warrior Way in MI???

Anyone know anything about this place?  I am thinking about joining a BJJ class to help me lose some weight.  I am curious if anyone has any input on the place and knows what they charge.  Thanks in advance.

Best MMA, BJJ, Muay Thai school in Michigan, IMO.

A friend of mine just started their not too long ago and loves it! I've heard
nothing but good things from other people as well. Post on the Atama BJJ
forum or Michigan forum and you will find more testimonials I'm sure.

any idea on the prices?

I've heard of this "Warrior Way" place before :)

The basics go like this:

FOUR Brazilian Jiu Jitsu black belts. Matee Jedeepitak; world champion Muay Thai fighter. He is the real deal, born, raised, and fought in the rings of Thailand. He is a REAL world champion. Professional MMA fighters, BJJ/Submission Grappling and Muay Thai competitors.

Thanks Angelo.  I was thinking about dropping in one night but wanted to get the oppinions of some people here first.

WW is definitely good to go. Good people running the place and an awesome program.

Fathead D...No problem. Ask around...

Great place to train, but very homoerotic... I won't go into details.

When I check it out should I tell the instructor that I want to learn how to fight like the guys in Never Back Down?

lol please do not do that.

I've heard that Don Richard never backs down.

That is it I will definetly say I want to learn how to be an Ultimate Fighter and a black belt by Christmas.

I had the pleasure to train there when I lived in Michigan. Beyond what could be said about the skill of the instructors there, they are an incredible group of guys. It's a very friendly environment, and they are trully a team.

Harvey, Angelo, Matee, Don, Brian, and Brandon are great guys and great instructors. Seriously, you will love the place.

Fathead D...we will enroll you in our $5,000 black belt guaranteed program. Cash only. Oh, yeah, and I'll point out who Kyle Cooley is. Don't fall for his "Hey, you wanna roll no-gi?" routine...he tries to get all the new guys with that one. Just kidding of course. We are all a fun group and everyone gets along well. Hope to see you soon!

LOL, see you later today Ang.

$5,000 for a black belt... Damn I bought one at the store the other day and only cost me $30.  I am all for rolling no-gi as long as there is no eye contact.  It would be ghey otherwise.

It sounds like it is the type of environment I am looking for.

Kyle...no you won't...I have a b-day dinner to go to tonight. You'll have to beat up on Brandon or someone else tonight, my fren.

ttt

OK thats cool. I owe you money so I'll just give it to Brandon.
