Watch out Tyson Griffin, Gray is coming for you...

At least Guida's decisions are exciting......

LMAO! That one made me spit out my water. Guida blanketing Nate and Clementi was exciting? What about the parts of the fight with Diego where he was just trying to hold him down and do nothing.

Face it, the only reason Diego/Guida was exciting was Diego actually fighting and Guida's superhuman chin. Guida's entire offense consists of laying on his opponent and holding them down to win a decision

Guida is the MOST boring fighter.

At least sherk, griffin and maynard try to finish.

True, but in Gray's defense lesser men would have tapped to the kimura last night.  KO's are rare at LW anyway.  So it's hoping for a TKO or sub.  None of those guys have high level JJ that would allow them to finish guys routinely that way.  So that leaves TKO's as being the most likely.

They all put on great fights against top guys though so i'm not complaining.

You do have a point about the kimura, but these guys train to be agile in these positions, in MMA a kimura seems to be more of a way to force a position change then a submission that works, in top level fights anyways. In 3 rounds thats all Gray had? Come on.

Tyson usually has exciting fights

I'm very tempted to put this months wage on him winning this one by dec. though

that would be a good bet, 7 decisions in a row. Unless he gets knocked out by franca odd are that he is going to let the fight go the distance.

This should be 10 rounder with no stand-ups!

Haulport - oh come on!

Gray did everything he could to finish that fight and Huerta just wouldn't give up!

He almost ripped his arm out of the socket for fuck's sake. Any normal person would have been tapping like they were sending morse code
Yep.

Id like to see some submission specialists like Aoki, Imanari and Kitaoka in the UFC. It would most likely proudce some boring fights but it also might get some finishes

ttt for the Decision Specialists

Hard to get finishes at LW

Much less power with the same chin structure leads to less knockouts

Less bodyweight tends to lead to superior cardio which leads to less cardio based mistakes

That is a logical point, but people won't pay to see a "Decision Specialist" main event, that's for sure.
