We are Witnessing A New Kind of Crazy

In the White House.

--------

President Donald Trump has taken credit for creating a phrase that, in actuality, dates back two centuries.

In a recent interview with The Economist, Trump used the phrase while discussing his tax plan, asking the reporter, “you understand the expression ‘prime the pump?’ ”

After the journalist confirmed recognition of the saying, Trump continued, “We’re the highest-taxed nation in the world. Have you heard that expression before, for this particular type of an event?”

“Priming the pump?” asked the reporter.

After Trump asked again if the interviewer knew the saying – which the reporter, once again, confirmed – the president said, “Have you heard that expression used before? Because I haven’t heard it. I mean, I just … I came up with it a couple of days ago and I thought it was good. It’s what you have to do.”

I refer to it as buffoonery.

You ever hear the term "snowflake"? Trump just made it up.

Fucking douchebag should be giving credit to the real creator of that saying...Kenneth Alan Florian.

BJJER -

I have. The greatest Snowflake moment of recent history was when Donald Trump made Sean Spicer go out to the press pool and declare the greatest and most watched Inauguration of all time because he couldn't stand to lose to Obama.

Or when SNL made him sad. Or when the cast of Hamilton...that group of alphas and asskickers hurt his feelings.

That snowflake shit is tired. Trump is the biggest one in the country.

I want to believe that Trump is just trolling the press at every opportunity.

Gayest circle jerk ever

While Shia and Gossling most likely take it in the ass you watch your mouth taking talking about Billy D. Williams like that.

That whole interview is embarrassing and reveals what a retard Trump is.

OP totally dismantled Trump and his entire Presidency with this post. It's pretty much over for the orange guy now that he has been exposed for plagiarism.

President Trump reportedly eschews exercise because he believes it drains the body’s “finite” energy resources, but experts say this argument is flawed because the human body actually becomes stronger with exercise.

Trump’s views on exercise were mentioned in a New Yorker article this month and in “Trump Revealed,”The Washington Post’s 2016 biography of the president, which noted that Trump mostly gave up athletics after college because he “believed the human body was like a battery, with a finite amount of energy, which exercise only depleted.”

[Exercise is fundamental to your health. So why do so few people stick with it?]

Exercise does deplete stores of glucose, glycogen and fats from the body’s tissues, but these fuels are restored when a person eats, said Michael Jonesco, a sports medicine and orthopedics specialist at Ohio State University’s Wexner Medical Center.

Lol..... At first I thought Trump was just a clown, and I still do in some respects. Now though, I'm beginning to think he's taken a page out of the rush Limbaugh book, and he's say shit just because he knows it will drive the opposition crazy. Even if it isn't intentional the results are hilarious.

Not sure this is really a new kind. I seem to recall a Mr. Gore claiming to have invented something...

In a job where the appearance of strong and sound leadership is important for national security, international relations, and the general public trust...this sounds like an excellent idea.

Wow, hard hitting thread, Governmnet Cheese! LOL

That was obviously a joke.
