Along with Comprido we also have Ramiro Mota, Rodrigo Botti and Jonatas Noaves teaching full time at FLO in Palatine IL.

Mike Russow was in today training and Comprido has been helping train Brock for the last 2 months for his fight with Frank Mir.

Is Shonie still teaching there?

I've been meaning to drop in and sign up for some jiu jitsu classes but haven't gotten the chance. Might stop by this weekend if I have nothing else going on.
