 TEE TEA TTT

miamiraider - This will not change the state laws.

another great thing about cali...shits legal already

There is way too much money to be made by charging people for marijuana related crimes for the drug to ever be legalized.

Shit if this passes I'll make sure to roll around with 99 grams at all times, and the Nick Diaz shirt...

tttime to blaze

legalize it and tax the hell out of it. that will make more $ than fines and you could still get money from fines from black market dealers

oh yeah WRONG FORUM ASSHOLE

Barney Frank is a disgusting human being!

for as broke as this nation is, legalizing doesn't seem in the interest of the criminals at the top right now.

Should have been legal years ago, pathetic.

Well some asshole just got a bill pushed through and approved in Fla to where growing 25 plants or more is now a first degree felony, equal to murder!!! Backasswards fucking jerkoff should be shot in the head, wish I knew where he lived.

I know someone who furnishes the Oakland cannibis club. You would not believe how this has personally changed his lifestyle.

 Decriminalized now in NYC

Funny how they announce this right before congress goes on vacation for 5 weeks. Hopefully they all will get really stoned with their families and will come back and pass this real quick

I don't understand why they have not legalized it, you imagine how much they could make in taxes, I realize there would be lots of people against it, but as far as I am concerned it's no worse than booze.

Legalize and tax it. Release all the small time possession folks from jail. The US would save billions if we dcecriminalized just weed. But we shouldn't stop there.

But no smoking and driving.

Not automatically, no. But it will allow the states that already want to legalize it to do so without federal interference.

Personally, I'd be okay never drinking alcohol again if I were able to carry and use marijuana without fear of prosecution. Let me choose my poison.

Legal or not, I am still going to smoke the shit!
