Against sakara. Just sayin.
Would he do it against Rockhold?
Didn't Anderson silva fight chael sonnen the first time with a broken rip?
Rib*
Yes, every injury is exactly the same as the next.
There is only one Weidman!
Weidman also said that Sakara was his toughest fight. Sakara hit like a fucking bomb going off.
All this bs about having to be 100% is nonsense
A doctor cleared him to fight with a broken rib?
Chael fought with a broken arm against Paulo Filho.
X-rays in hand
Nexuscrawlers - A doctor cleared him to fight with a broken rib?Dana's rent-a-doctor probably didn't even look at it

Weidman pulled out of the Machida fight and the Vitor fight twice.
Didn't Tito fight with a broken skull?
gokudamus - Against sakara. Just sayin.
Lets see the 3D scan, MRI, and X-rays like we have for Aldo so we can compare injuries.
Also LOL at using Weidman as an example. Aldo is more active than he is. Weidman is always out with an injury.
look..im not bashing aldo at all..im a big fan of his actually..i also dont fault him for not fighting..
i just see a lot of people automatically concluding that he physically CANNOT fight with this injury, which I am using this example to show its not necessarily the case...
yes, we dont know how weidmans injury compared exactly to aldos...aldos could be worse, but weidman's could be worse too...either way, theres no definitive evidence to conclude he CANT fight

This doesn't make sense on any level.
On one hand you start a thread implying that because Weidman fought with a broken rib, Aldo should too? Now you admit that comparing Weidman's injury to Aldo's isn't fair because all injuries are different ... And then you say we have no proof he can't fight.
Cutting past all that slipping and sliding you're doing, let me ask one question: With a broken rib what is the line between CAN fight and CANNOT fight? And who makes that determination?
Personally, I have no idea whether Aldo's injury is severe enough to prevent him from fighting at or near his peak, but what I do know is that it's broken and for the most important fight of his career is it wrong for him to want to be at least broken-bone free?
Every injury is the same, right? Also, Allesio Sakara is not exactly the top of the division you twit.
Sakara had a broken foot in that fight. couldn't even pivot to put power on his punches. And he trained for Falcao, a wild striker
He refused to do the same against vitor
