 So, let me get this straight: Boetsch has a lackluster performance against Lombard, gets to fight Weidman for a potential crack at the belt, and Michael Bay gets to keep making movies?

 Sensible, but kind of a bummer. Despite his results Boetsch just doesn't seem that great, so it just doesn't seem like a great test for Weidman. I would really have rather seen Weidman vs Belfort, Bisping, Belcher, or Okami before getting a title shot.

Lol at this, weidman wanted someone besides belcher, or vitor to get a title shot so beating Tim is better how? Tim was well on his way to losing against okami, and he did lose to hector Lombard IMO. This better not earn him a title shot. Phone Post
