Weighing in here in 8 hours for my first ammy fight. Just wondering maybe some tips or tricks to get the sweat moving faster. I've been running outside in my sauna suit all morning and already lost 2 1/2 Lbs but I still got 3 1/2 to go suggestions?
Albolene.
Edited for spelling.
Have you tried Epsom salt bath?
Large bag of Epsom salt
4-6 bottles of the wintergreen rubbing alcohol
Albolene- a make up remover found at any pharmacy- rub on your body.
Hot water
A 30 min soak usually gets around 9 pounds off for me. I towel off after. Works great and it doesn't fry my brain like the sauna. My pankration fighters use this method for same day weigh ins and it doesn't seem to tax them mentally.
Sweet sweat
We're you drinking a shit load of water leading up to this so you'd have it in you to sweat? I'd be careful with running, you don't want to burn your legs out for your fight. Sit in a sauna or try the salt bath route.
lasix

What are your rehydration plans? Avoid Gatorade, aim for an oral rehydration solution like pedialyte.
