Weight cut advice

Need to drop about 18 pounds in the next two weeks for a wrestling tournament i just decided to do. Any advice? Figure if i can cut 10 between now and weight in day could do the last 8 that day.

Just cuz the pro fighters do it doesn't mean it's easy. 8 lbs is a lot in one day, and that's if you can drop 10 lbs before that. Do you have experience cutting? If not I'd suggest going a class higher Phone Post 3.0

I do have experience cutting but this is one of the larger cuts ive done in this period of time. I was looking into any recomended diuretics etc. the 10 should come
Off easy i know the 8 the day of will hurt a bit but have done it. I did 26
